This is an idea that was emailed through to nic@nointernetcensorship.com by someone who was a bit shy about posting on the forum.
Their great idea is to have a service where parents can have someone come around to the house, install the home based filter, and train them on how to use the filter and give them a bit of training in what they can do to protect their kids online.
